Vaishali joined Merit Financial in 2005 to provide administrative support. When the position of Office Manager / Administrative Assistant opened in 2009 due to retirement of her predecessor, she was very well qualified to take on the added responsibility. In 2014, Vaishali added to her professional accomplishments by completing licensing courses to be a "Licensed Assistant".

Vaishali lives in Ventura with her husband and has two young adult children preparing for professional careers in healthcare.
